Eligibility for Refunds
You have three days from the time you get your item to request a return under our three-day policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Return Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. You can reach our support team through support@peeperly.us and they will guide you through the return process. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to process your return request. After passing the quality inspection process at our warehouse, the refund amount will be transferred within 48–72 hours. Refunds are only given via the bank account information.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund. We may request evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the damage or defect before proceeding with the resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
Used or damaged products that are not in resalable condition. Products missing their original packaging or accessories. Products returned without prior communication with our customer support team. If any purchases were made during a BOGO promotion or a sale. Once the product is delivered, there are no cancellations permitted, however we will give you store credit for a future purchase.
